1.  Production of Multi-cultural teaching resources and  development of a curriculum to be integrated with the school system.

2.  Promote basic educational activities such as READING, WRITING, VISUAL &  PERFORMING ART activities through seminars, workshops, fora, contests,  projects, exhibits, exposures, and productions.

3.  Research and documentation to help develop and promote  the advancement of basic education and the integration of culture, art, and spirituality of the   Cordilleras in the national and international levels.


4.  Support  Advocacies on the global campaign to alleviate  poverty through education, sustainable  environment, preventive health, and the protection of women and children.
